Pros

Great Brands, excellent people, driven to succeed

Cons

Churn and burn through people, no career advancement strategy, poor Human Resources, little respect for the individual, especially after Campari took over.

great products, good industry and many dedicated people trying to make a difference

Cons

managers being installed by parent company have very limited understanding of how to work effectively in the U.S. markets and Bay Area in particular. Not as interested in real performance and support of teams, more positioning and personal lifestyles
