Flexible hours, Open to remote work, lots of great people who work here. Great benefits to employees who plan to work here 8+ years.

Cons

Company is attempting to grow faster than what is feasible and some departments are suffering. Seems to operate higher risk. Benefits are not as appealing to those starting their career.
