Pros

The pay for the service advisors is good but the company kept changing it so the chance of making more went down. Were kept very busy in the season which I enjoyed.

Cons

The management at my location is very clicky. They never told you if you were doing good or bad. There is never time or extra computer to do training so you learn on the fly which is not good. They don't want to hear suggestions, it is what they say period. Pay kept getting reduced and insurance kept going up. If you go to higher ups, watch out, you won't have a long career at camping world.
