Pros

Nice customers and good employee discounts.

Cons

This company is full of unprofessional BULLIES!!! There is no training and extreme lack of communication. NEVER ANY KUDO'S for doing a good job or having good numbers. Salaried managers are EXPECTED to work no less than 50 hours a week, the norm is more like 58 hours a week. The employees have not had raises in 4 years, but the owner of the company takes pride in supporting a Red Carpet event to preview his debut on Secret Millionare.

Pros

Hefty employee discount if you need camping supplies. My hours are nice only because they don't want to pay overtime. My fellow employees feel more like friends than coworkers.

Cons

Poor training. No organization or direction from management. Lacking computer software for such a large company. Favorite saying by management "It's gonna get better" So far it hasn't.

Pros

Pay and hours were okay, store employees were very down to earth. The overall customer base was very pleasant to deal with.

Cons

Lot's of family members throughout senior management, no communication..... Medical benefits were a joke......... lack of direction from the merchants, how about a little planning..........Marcus?
