Pros

The people are hardworking and kind. Culture is based on a strong connection to the purpose and mission of the organization so everyone is aligned with what we're working toward. Excellent PTO and wellness benefits. Leadership really listens when people have ideas.

Cons

There's lots of growth which means you have to be comfortable with change. It doesn't seem like leadership thinks cross-functionally, but they're always open to feedback.

The company culture is amazing and they truly live their values. Great opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Amazing co-workers - the hiring process is stringent so only the best get through. Management not only welcomes feedback, but also takes action to ensure a great workplace.

Pros

A great culture that truly live their values. If you want to feel appreciated daily and have the desire to truly help your customers, this is the place for you. We are revolutionizing the financial Aid office one school at a time! Bi weekly company meetings to keep us up to date on whats happening in the industry and the company. Stocked lunchroom with snacks, drinks, etc.... A 4-1 ratio of Sales manager to rep means you always have the support that you need. Freedom to Work from home, manage your own schedule and get your job done. Good mix of being both inside and on the road with customers and prospects keeps it fresh.

Cons

For me, the one hour and 15 minute drive to Chandler from the NW valley:) Other than that, none come to mind. The leadership is transparent and supportive.
