Pros

Good fun ! A great company to grow and learn. Fun people and a good culture that makes you want to stay.

Cons

Its a new company. Don't think you would get to move up the ladder a lot. Lack of proper management. Needs to have a better hr maybe.

Pros

Management team is fun but very focused on quality and productivity metrics.

Cons

Some new employees don't like the focus on metrics which can lead to employee turnover. Usually, employees that stay lat least three months end up staying a long time.
