      Pros

      Working at Camunda means following these values: Focus, Ambition, Integrity, Talent, Humor. This is reflected in the day-by-day activities at any level. I've never seen so much transparency and interest in knowing how the employees are doing and feeling. Also, they provide great perks and benefits.

      There are no negative aspects as far as I've seen.
