Pros

- Solar is great for the planet - Chance to work with colleagues all over the world - I worked with some great people - Nice office space in Walnut Creek, CA (pre-pandemic) - Benefits are generally good

Cons

- Most important decisions are made at headquarters, which means China - Lots of turnover recently - Salaries are uneven but generally low - Solar industry is notoriously cyclical (they call it the "solar coaster")

Cons

Racism and sexism is rampant. Communication is non existent, the work environment is multiple people screaming at the top of their lungs back and forth at each other. They keep reorganizing and downright hiding their intentions so they can hide from tariffs and the fact they are a foreign owned company to investors and clients.
