Business Outlook
Pros
They seem to have a strong management group, they are not afraid to spend some money when needed. They treat their workers pretty good for the most part, much better than in years past. They do a good job on new hire indoctrination. They work hard on safety but there is more work to be done.
Cons
They could bump up the rewards for working safe. They do give you a gift certificate for every year you go accident free but the amounts are small. I'd like to see more 'trinkets' awarded like travel mugs, jackets, etc for breaking records and safety recognition. Better labeling for lockouts in some areas is needed.(this is a work in progress)
