      Cool office. Nice view of the bean.

      Management has no design skills.. The firm is an engineering firm who only cares about profit. Terrible, terrible projects!!

      Pros

      very few, but for an architectural firm this size it is extremely top heavy, offers a stock plan for those in the principal ranks that you could devote your entire life to and end up with very little. A lot of misplaced egos. Feel sorry for those that have spent their entire careers here.

      Cons

      Based in Buffalo, this firm has a strange vibe. The people seem out of touch. The Manhattan office is disorganized and dirty with very poor direction from "leadership". Clients are not handled professionally.

      Pros

      The staff is very self-sufficient and talented group of people, the seniors are very helpful & good at mentoring the juniors. Most of the offices are well connected in order to share their expertise.

      Cons

      The pay-scale is average, since last few years very less increment has been offered by Cannon.
