Pros
Relatively stable firm with a good reputation to those that do not work in the industry. Those men that play the game can make a good living.
Cons
Women are treated as second class, particularly in the Finance area. Pay is lower and respect is non-existent. They promote and pay based on your gender and who likes you, not how well you do your job. Work is piled on with no help provided until the employee is on the verge of a break-down. Corporate culture is toxic. The "Elite Spirit" in your Vision seems to translate to "Elitist"; if you're not an Arch or Engineer, you're nobody.
