The Chicago office is pretty diverse, in a great location, and offers a lot of benefits.

Cons

It is incredibly top heavy. The pay is not competitive and they are not transparent about how much people make.

We agree our Chicago office is pretty neat 😊 For staff salaries, equity is extremely important to our firm, and we have measures in place to ensure salaries are fair and competitive. An individual’s salary will always vary based on geography, experience, and other job-related factors, but we encourage every employee to have honest conversations with their supervisor about salary expectations.
