Really good local office, with support from a larger firm.

Pros

People are great to work with. There's a ton of room specialize in things that interest you. There's a lot of opportunity to work on really outstanding projects. The Denver office is smaller, but having the larger firm behind you gives access to subject matter experts, services, and awesome designers that an average smaller firm won't have access to.

Cons

The biggest downside is the inherent bureaucracy that comes with a big firm. Lots of processes that don't move as fast as I like.
