Our salary structure is benchmarked against similar firms in our industry, but we also understand that individual circumstances vary. Also, we offer various avenues for additional compensation, such as performance-based bonuses that all employees are eligible for. Your supervisor can provide more insight into that too. Very High Turn Over

You get to work on different projects

When turn over is this high you have to ask yourself what is the underlying cause. Project deliveries have lots of issues. Lots of times the coordination and communication gets lost and causes delaying or missing deadlines. Then the blaming game starts. Overall not very sustainable place to work and that is the reason lots of people leave.

Inclusive, engaging, and full of talented individuals. Being in a smaller office allows for more connecting and collaborating. There are plenty of opportunities for continuing education and growth. Everyone has a chance to be seen.

Cons

Office attendance can be a hit or miss.
