Our salaries are industry competitive and tied to factors like employee level, performance and geography—so it’s tough to respond without more context. We encourage you to have a conversation with your supervisor about your situation. Salary is a topic we want all employees to have transparent conversations with their supervisors about. One thing to note is that in addition to base salary, we employ several additional actions related to take-home pay, such as a spot bonus program, end-of-year special pay, opportunities to become a company owner, and once employees receive at least the associate title, they can start receiving profitability bonuses.
