Culture, interesting project, most people, good place to learn and touch multiple project types.

Cons

The pay and bonuses were lacking for the area. Lack of employee loyalty.

Our salaries are industry competitive and tied to factors like employee level, performance and geography—so it’s tough to respond without more context. We encourage you to have a conversation with your supervisor about your situation. Salary is a topic we want all employees to have transparent conversations with their supervisors about. One thing to note is that in addition to base salary, we employ several additional actions related to take-home pay, such as a spot bonus program, end-of-year special pay, opportunities to become a company owner, and once employees receive at least the associate title, they can start receiving profitability bonuses. Pros

A large company with big projects, the workers are hard working and driven. There are great benefits regards to continuing education / professional development.

Cons

Career Development process is opaque, with unclear guidelines of promotions. It is pretty apparent that there are specific "lines" of people that advance more quickly. There is a lack of diversity, and a disconnect with what is marketed vs the reality of the firm.

We also know we have work to do in diversifying our workforce, but we continue to make progress. We have a female-majority staff, a female-majority board of directors and we have an intentional, continuous and multifaceted plan in place for hiring underrepresented teammates, specifically BIPOC individuals, at all levels—including leadership.
