Nice People, Great Resources, Lots of Overtime

Pros

People are really nice and insightful. The work is pretty cool and there are a lot of knowledgeable people to learn from when they have time to teach you.

Cons

Burnout is huge. Lots of overtime because of short staff. Work/life balance is talked about but not really seen in action.
