      Pros

      I began working for CannonDesign as an intern with the firm and was then hired as a full-time employee. Over my years with the firm, I've received a tremendous amount of opportunity to take on greater responsibility and really grow my career with the guidance of mentors. There is an excellent support system here if you seek out those opportunities for professional development. I look forward to continuing to further my career with CannonDesign.

      Cons

      The firm has been somewhat top heavy over the last few years but is changing. Continue to promote from within and diversify staff at all levels.

      CD needs large revenue to support corporate bloat.

      Pros

      Large firm with lots of resources. There are a lot of very smart people that work here. CannonDesign has the staff that can work on large and complex projects.

      Cons

      The leadership isn't very good. People are not held accountable. They demand a high multiplier to pay for heavy corporate overhead.
