      Pros

      The firm provides consulting services in addition to architecture and engineering which provides a competitive advantage in the market. Also the design studio in the LA office provides world class design and innovation world wide.

      Cons

      From a market perspective the firm should develop a proactive initiative to do more small projects which in the healthcare market is where the largest need currently is, especially in California and the western region.

      Large international practice. Corporate highly structured culture and work process.

      Cons

      Senior management is disconnected with practice and mid management is weak or improvised. Not much creativity. Set in their ways and do not adapt well.
