Pros

plenty of resources and really great talent to draw knowledge from. Their 'SFMO' (single firm multi office) way of working does have its pluses as you get to work and meet with various individuals around the country on projects and is a great way to network with different parts of the company around the Globe.

Cons

way to political on promotions you get pigeon holed easily infrastructural is poor at best which has to rely on the people that work to pick up the slack which means longer hours. management is not as solid as a company like this should be and is way to top heavy.. Cannon needs a trim of upper management.

You get to work on different projects

When turn over is this high you have to ask yourself what is the underlying cause. Project deliveries have lots of issues. Lots of times the coordination and communication gets lost and causes delaying or missing deadlines. Then the blaming game starts. Overall not very sustainable place to work and that is the reason lots of people leave.

Not Appreciation for their employees

Unfortunately I cannot see any Pros for Cannon Design. not even their product worth to work there, not good in design, not good in construction

Cons

Working in Cannon Design does not anything good for you. there is no appreciation for your hardwork, they even telling you they dont care if you leave!! No Good Salary, No good management, No chance to learn or grew
