Company struggling. Not giving out raises/ promotions very much at this time. Not growing.

Although every company has ups and downs, 2016 was a good year for CannonDesign, and our company has bold plans for growth and expansion across geographies, markets and services. Pros

Large firm with lots of resources. There are a lot of very smart people that work here. CannonDesign has the staff that can work on large and complex projects.

Cons

The leadership isn't very good. People are not held accountable. They demand a high multiplier to pay for heavy corporate overhead.
