      Pros

      The firm provides consulting services in addition to architecture and engineering which provides a competitive advantage in the market. Also the design studio in the LA office provides world class design and innovation world wide.

      Cons

      From a market perspective the firm should develop a proactive initiative to do more small projects which in the healthcare market is where the largest need currently is, especially in California and the western region.

      CannonDesign has its challenges, no doubt. Thankfully, a conCannonDesign has its challenges, no doubt.       Cons

      Changes are happening (good and necessary ones), but it's going to take awhile for Cannon to realize its full potential. The short-term road looks a little bumpy.
