Good for first time/retired individuals Depending on site may have lots of holidays off Perks cone from site/contractors

Cons

Too many training courses Too many password, and I mean 5+ NO JOKE Contract work Continuous changes where cbps and contractor are not aligned Learn on your own/ very little guidance Vacation and sick time counted together for a total of 12 days Always enforcing to learn all areas but continuously giving 3% raise to entire group, diminishing motivation
