It was a great exposure to see a corporate setting and how to engage with clients hands on.

Cons

No room for growth. Poor management. Pressured by third parties, at the end of the day was treated poorly even while being an efficient team member.

I've been stuck in the same position for too long. They don't seem to value employees with college degrees. Poor communication between upper management and staff. Non- competitive wages.
