Canon BPS, Inc. (then Oce Business Services) did provide a lot of room for initiative in building and developing a team.

Cons

Organization and culture are built around hourly labor outsourcing, with stovepipe management of accounts and little cross-pollination of best practices from account to account; resulting in very little openness and virtually no imagination or initiative. As a result, a million-dollar a year program started in 2008 and fully productive by the end of 2010 has not been replicated at any other client.
