      Very disorganized, no loyalty to employees, and slow to process any paperwork that is submitted to admin.

      Pros

      As a floater, i liked going to different locations and meeting new people. Also, being able to gain experience or new skills.

      Cons

      Access to some of the locations, the area manager and the site managers are supposed to make sure your name is registered with building security. Most of the time this was never done, which results in you being late for your assignment because security would have to call the company and to verify you are supposed to be there, and if so for them to register you so t hat they could then let you in. And this was done after they processed registered visitors. This was very frustrating!!!!

      The Canon acquisition helped Oce gain on the National stage

      Cons

      Leadership is stuck in the old style sales mentality, just hanging on to their jobs until retirement as they have no exit plan, offering no support financially to breed new ideas and approaches to market. Known as the Cadillac of pricing which is another contributing cause of zero top line growth for professional services, buy your own linkedin, marketing support, etc. Top line sales revenue has been the same for over 10 years, they won't explain and should be a cautionary sign for any seeking a sales opportunity.

      Pros

      Depending on the contract you get, certain companies demand easy, laid-back work that doesn't take much skill. Mail room and copy centers aren't terrible. Flexible with over-time and time off.

      Cons

      Invaluable employees are passed over year after year for promotions by inexperienced outsiders. Loyal employees who have gone above and beyond for years are fired a the drop of a hat for little to no reason. Upper management is poorly trained and offer no help or support to lower level employees.
