      Pros

      Large company and divisions, able to move into other operating areas. They provide many areas of training if you want it.

      Cons

      Leadership is not ii touch with what really is going on at the front line. Mandatory training that does not relate to your job function. Training should be customized to job function.

      -decent management -listen to suggestions -easy to take PTO -straightforward work -advancement opportunities if interested

      Cons

      -pay could be better -communication could be better -additional work tasks -difficult to make changes due to needing client permission to do anything we want to change(signage ect)

      You got a paycheck every 2 weeks.

      Cons

      They had a mass layoff over a Teams meeting call. Even if you were with the company for over 8 or 9 years. They literally just told everyone "bye bye" in a Teams meeting. How unprofessional. They always overworked you, having you support up to 15+ executives at once.
