The CITS level management is ran by mid level 45-60 year olds who probably have reached the pinnacle of their career, If you bring in constructive advice you are ex communicated. They encourage expertise but pay lower than McDonalds. Every action that you can possibly think of there is a disciplinary measure. Work culture is horrible. These people have stunt their work capabilities and are just looking to cruise into their retirement.
