Pros

Great co workers Great benefits Company currently in an improving state. Hybrid 3 days home 2 in office per week with pure remote availability for people out of town and high performance employees depending on position.

Cons

Previous years left a bad taste and lost a lot of good people. Layoffs pre and post covid (though I suspect that won't happen again anytime soon)

Used to be a wonderful place to work with many perks and benefits but like most businesses has changed due to the pandemic. Perhaps someday it will be again.

Cons

Understaffed with no effort to backfill positions, they simply push existing work to current employees. Poor training and outdated equipment and software.
