      Pros

      It's a globally recognised brand that produces generally good products. Stockley Park is a really nice location, there's lots of outdoor space.

      Cons

      People are not a valued asset here. It's a very male dominated environment and there is a huge blame culture. Bullying goes unchecked and opportunities for development are poor.

      ‘Failing to meet the challenge of change’

      Pros

      The brand name. But certainly nothing more than that. As time goes by working for them, only then you will realise that.

      Cons

      The management only look after their own. Far too many of them are bullies. They should be ashamed of themselves how they treat good & capable staff. HR have no idea & only look to defend these bullying tactic’s. For heavens sake this is the year 2018 we are now in. Now at a stage where even directors & managers feel they need to post bad reviews about working (or have worked) .The majority of them don’t have good things to say.

      Have no idea how to react to the market. They are wonderful at entering a market that has been established years and think they can become a market leader purely based on their name. Only this month after trying to get into the 3D printer market for years have they admitted defeat and pulled out. Before that it was video. Wow, how late do you have to be. Management are experts at looking after their own backside. No one wants to stick their head up and make a decision. Sack the lot of them and employ forward thinkers
