      Below average salary, No career growth, No respect for employees, poor employee benefits, outdated technology for internal systems,too much focus on cost cutting, saturated top management, resistant to change, no risk appetite.

      It is a great global company with a strong brand, some fantastic colleagues with lots of passion for the company, very innovative behavior on their products

      Cons

      Authority is more common than true leadership, there is quite some fear within the team and thus the company is very internally focussed

      Allows employee with no real commitment or passion. Allows employees with no morals or integrity Allows employees to past time daily

      Cons

      Hardworking employees doesn't gets recognised however the opposite type gets 'reconigiton' and rewards. Employees whom worked 'long' time are supposed to be promoted and gets the due rewards or promotion even non performing over the hardworking peers. Too "Japanese culture' environment thou it's in Singapore.
