      Poor senior leaders! Poor Culture! Very poor employee engagement! Top Heavy! Stuck in the past and still think they are market leaders!

      Good benefits, good company name, was a decent place to work.

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility for the modern word, including working hours and working from home arrangements (inconsistencies between departments). Not a forward thinking company. Poor location for European head office based due to travel issues and lack of flexibility.
