Pros

Good Benefits when considering RRSP and dental plan

Cons

The management is trying to transition from hardware oriented company to a software solution company in the changing world towards paperless but document rich environment. They are exiting the commercial line and trying to do it through dealers. The targets have been revised to 300% in past 18 months and tactically they introduced Performance Improvement Plans in place to systematically eliminate people. HR is mere spectators in this and there is no communication happening in any levels. As some of the senior managers retired, they are not bringing canadian talent to cover the position but relying on their international pool of employees who are belittling the Canadian manpower. Last year president's award winners were thrown out of the system to ensure no one is questioning the way people management is happening here. One of the lowest paying company in the industry. The territory bifurcation and goal setting is terrible.
