      Pros

      Being such a large company, there are many different roles and opportunities for people. Projects and secondments are just two of the ways you can move around the company. International mobility is encouraged. If you want it, it's there for you. I spent 13 years at the company, without doing the same job for more than 3years at a time. It's a company that really looks out for, and after their employees
