Very Bad Experience

Pros

Just to see how remote companies work and this one don't do a good job.

Cons

They ask you a ton of questions before even setting up an interview. This is like a pre-assessment thing that they do and honestly its horrible.

Pros

Remote working environment with a lot of tech savvy people. Pretty much any open source project that you use at some point in your life is developed by an engineer either as part of their tenure at Canonical or as their passion project.

Cons

Micromanagement to an unbearable extent. The company expects churn at a specific rate and more than willing to let even "indispensable" people leave.

Pros

You get to work with some of the most talented people who are passionate about open source software.

Cons

If you don’t game the system, you’ll be PIPed out because of you don’t play politics to ensure you are seen as “better” than your peers
