Pros

I got to work with fantastic people who were extremely talented and knowledgeable. From the time I started to the time I left I was allowed to learn so many new things and given many opportunities to lead or choose the areas in which I wanted to grow or contribute. Travelling for sprints was exciting and fun, but not so often as to be a burden.

Cons

The only real con is that they pay was good but not great when compared to other companies.
