Pros

The major benefits really encompass salary, travel opportunities and opportunities to work with generally talented individuals around the globe.

Cons

Demotivating and destructive upper management, no real strategy, constant diversification into new lines of business without real success in any single one, unprecedented churn.

Pros

As a software engineers you will find: * Great engineers overall. * You can work on great new technologies without micromanagement. * Ownership of the projects you work on.

Cons

* Terrible organisation. * No clear product focus. One day we are going after the desktop, then everyone is moved to the phone to later move to server in less than a year. * The owner is indeed a dictator and few people stand up against his bad decisions. * To many fanboys working in the company which means that there is very little auto-critic.
