Great company.

Pros

Everything is great about this company; the people, the hours, the flexibility, the corporate structure, the tools (email, docs, irc, etc). And they pay significantly higher since the majority of people work from home: they don't have to maintain a lot of office space. The work is super fun (if you like Linux and/or cloud computing).

Cons

There has been a "Not Invented Here" attitude in the past, but it seems that's fading as the company grows. Also, the standard starting number of vacation days is low - 15 per year, and about 4 of those are mandated during the company-wide Christmas-to-New-Year's shutdown.

Pros

The majority of the employees are home based, which means a lot of flexibility in work hours and good work/life balance. Super smart colleagues.

Cons

The company can be disorganized, and there are often re orgs and moving goal posts. Benefits aren't great compared to other tech companies.
