Leadership stands out for its transparency and active engagement, which fosters a strong sense of trust and alignment. While the pay is competitive for entry-level roles, it may not scale as quickly as other consulting firms, leading some senior consultants to seek opportunities elsewhere after a few years. Overall, it's a great place to gain skills, grow your network, and build a solid foundation for your career.

Cons

CapTech is an excellent place to start your career. The robust training programs, hands-on experience, and supportive coaching system are standout features that equip new grads with the skills they need to thrive. However, while the compensation is competitive for entry-level roles, it may not scale as aggressively compared to other consulting firms, which is something to consider for the long term.

Mostly remote Multiple project experiences

Cons

Many layoffs over the last 2 years Although you can make your own career, it still comes down to account management and how you can bring in revenue Definitely some toxic leaders and projects, but HR looks the other way as long as the project brings in revenue Promotions and raises are a joke
