      Pros

      Since day one I have felt welcomed and encouraged to build my career and make my own destiny here. My recruiter was responsive and communicated regularly during my interview process. The atmosphere is positive, focused on working hard and leadership has been accessible. I have been encouraged to use PTO and have had flexibility in my schedule to respond to life at home when necessary. Many companies talk about work/life balance but this seems to be engrained in the culture at CapTech. There is more transparency from leadership here than I have seen at any company I've worked for.

      Cons

      The infrastructure is lean and the company is growing fast. I see this as more opportunity for everyone.

      Pros

      CapTech is a truly flat organization. You have access to and respect from employees at all levels. It is a very collaborative environment, lots of chances to learn from fellow employees as well as bring knowledge to the table. The work-life balance at CapTech is excellent. The general helpfulness and comradery of the other employees creates a supportive environment, where you are valued as a person.

      Cons

      Because of the entrepreneurial nature of the company, those who are not self-starters may have trouble excelling and finding their footing. That being said, there are always others around to help provide support and mentorship.
