Pros

- a college-hire specific onboarding program that prepared me to work in the industry - supportive coworkers who answer endless questions and offer mentorship on day 1 - ability to get involved with internal initiatives and grow my skills.

Cons

I can't think of any right now.

As you know, we’ve recently expanded our college onboarding process by creating the Discovery Program, a year-long onboarding for our college hires to help prepare this top talent for their first client work. We think it’s incredibly important to closely mentor our new grad hires in their first year with us. Providing a safe space to learn, make mistakes, find solutions, ask questions, and grow those professional soft skills is vital to giving our early talent the best start in consulting. Pros

A very healthy culture of people who are intelligent and care about their work but also want to have balance with their personal lives. Very low egos in leadership across the board and a culture of lifting coworkers up and improving together.

Cons

This is true for all consulting but it can be tough when you can't always control the type of work you do -- some work is more "staff aug" and not super exciting but leadership is working hard to be more selective with the type of projects we do.
