      The leadership in Philadelphia is phenomenal. The culture is very open and friendly.

      Cons

      Sometimes you're at the mercy of your client, but CapTech leadership and project management is there to help you.

      Pros

      Great people throughout the firm. Too to bottom - I’m very impressed with the talent here especially compared to other firms.

      Cons

      Not really a con - Captech did a nice job of handling a potentially terrible year. Communication was consistent and clear. Regular touch points with sr leaders at both local office and corporate were especially welcomed.

      Adjusted well to remote work. Actively looks for ways to keep employees happy and connected.

      Having some growing pains with managing very very large projects. Seem to be learning from mistakes and adapting
