Cons

Too many politics. If you keep your head down and do the work, you’ll be happy with a good work/life balance, but you won’t get promoted.

The company offers a robust training program, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and opportunities to work with smart and talented colleagues. Leadership stands out for its transparency and active engagement, which fosters a strong sense of trust and alignment. While the pay is competitive for entry-level roles, it may not scale as quickly as other consulting firms, leading some senior consultants to seek opportunities elsewhere after a few years. Overall, it's a great place to gain skills, grow your network, and build a solid foundation for your career.

Cons

CapTech is an excellent place to start your career. The robust training programs, hands-on experience, and supportive coaching system are standout features that equip new grads with the skills they need to thrive. However, while the compensation is competitive for entry-level roles, it may not scale as aggressively compared to other consulting firms, which is something to consider for the long term.
