Bad protocols, bad habits, no code review, no structure, almos scything stinks

The culture and freedom within Capco is great

Cons

For their IT/Tech Department, they do not offer competitive salaries, thus leading to a ton of turnover.

Pros

You can carve out a niche for yourself. If you're niche is compelling to the market, you can carve out a practice. Great educational opportunities - both internal, external, and if it's not something Capco offers, they'll support it (if you pass the tests!) An environment full of motivated, smart people

Cons

- You need to take responsibility for your career. No one is going to tell you what to do to get ahead. - Not surprisingly, it's a sales culture. Delivery isn't valued. No path to promotion if you have a delivery focus.
