Lots of different opportunities. Different types of work available. Similar project offerings to the Big 4 within the financial services sector. Meritocracy.

Cons

Similar to other consultancies, there is a potential for being stuck in a project not aligned with career objectives. Key to success is being your own advocate and voicing concerns with superiors.

Pros

Barely competitive salary Some Capco Digital projects are actually interesting Len in Capco Digital is great.

Cons

Outside of Capco Digital, it’s all staff augmentation work. Bad management, can’t call it leadership because they don’t know how to lead. Raised verbal abuse from project managers to HR and was met with boiler plate response.
