Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and while we're pleased to read your comments on compensation, it's disappointing to read your other comments. It is difficult to comment without knowing more about your individual circumstances, however we would encourage any employee who feels that they need more clarity or support in their role to reach out to their Coach, Manager, HR Business Partner or a member of the leadership team. We have a variety of support structures in place at Capco across all of our offices and we encourage employees to speak up if they need additional help or guidance at any time.

We are disappointed to read your comments, particularly around work load and lack of mobility as we encourage employees to reach out to their Coach, Manager, senior leader or HR Business Partner if they need additional guidance or support at any time. At junior levels in particular, we recognize the importance of mobility and gaining a breadth of experience. We also strongly encourage all employees to learn about our different business areas (domains and capabilities) whether through internal events or working on projects in different areas. On compensation, these are reviewed regularly to ensure that they are in line with the market and exceed the market for exceptional performance. Capco also holds two promotion cycles per year meaning there are regular opportunities for people to progress and for the firm to recognize performance at the next level. This has continued regardless of the pandemic.
