Capco Response

Thanks you for the positive feedback, especially on our leadership and culture at Capco. On reward we can assure your that the firm undertakes regular benchmarking to ensure all pay and bonus is market competitive and we lead the market for our best performers. As we don’t adhere to any kind of time career model we are also able to promote staff at an earlier stage than our competitors. Finally, the firm will launch a major communications exercise shortly that will give staff real clarity of the firm’s strategic direction at an exciting time for Capco.

Pros

Capco has been great in allowing me to develop the skills needed to be successful in this industry. Capco gives you the freedom to build your own career, focusing on a variety of activities and networking opportunities to pursue the path you choose to take, while focusing on client work. The company has provided greater transparency about things going on than anywhere else I've been, and the people have all been willing to listen and help when needed. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

No major cons. If you work hard and take the time to network in building your brand, you will do well in the company.

Pros

I work with excellent and brilliant colleagues every day. The Capco community is a strong one with many institutional resources made available to its consultants. Strong business pipeline across the practices and many opportunities to get involved in sales development, which is often rare at the junior level.

Cons

The staffing team must pay more attention to their junior talent (a recurring issue known across the organization). Do better to identify and reward top talent at the firm, otherwise, they will leave.
