Pros

Capco has really grown their diversity and inclusion. The company has great leadership that involves employees across all levels. Benefits for working at Capco are great! There are always opportunities to progress your career and learn new skills.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to find a balance between work and life.

Pros

Working with some of the brightest and most engaged people I have ever met. At every level Capco attracts and mostly retains wonderful talent. Capco puts major effort into keeping people connected, providing excellent benefits and being transparent. Not always successful, but the effort is there. Leadership of the company is accessible when needed and willing to get engaged with clients or pursuits. They allow the right kind of independence.

Cons

Partners are rarely aligned on pursuit strategies. Quite a bit of partner flexing. Internal squabbles between various partner led factions
