Pros
I have been at this firm for almost nine years, and I can say that I learned more working with colleagues and various clients than all my years of education. Capco is a fantastic firm with wonderful people. I think a lot of the time, people look at reviews to find something negative, and unfortunately, you won't find that here but will find an honest review. The one thing I can say about Capco is that the employees make Capco what it is. It's truly a place with an entrepreneurial spirit, and if you are looking for a job that is just going to hand you a promotion, then this is not the place for you. You get what you put into it like anything else in life. If you found yourself in the past making excuses for why you did not succeed, then I can guarantee you will find yourself wasting away your energy again complaining on applications like fishbowl. If you are hard-working and passionate about learning, then you will achieve great success at Capco.
Cons
No need to make something up just for the sake of filling out a review. Just make sure you know what consulting is before joining a consulting firm.
