Pros

People who complain that consultancy work at Capco is bodyshopping do not get what it means to be a consultant. Sure, you can turn up to a client and to the exact same job someone did before you, but that's not why the client engaged us and that's not how you should be approaching the role. Working at Capco exposes you to the top financial institutions in the world - I am currently running a project at the cutting edge of regulatory reform - you don't get much more unpredictable, varied and challenging work than that.

We need a bigger office in London!

Pros

I love working at Capco, I get a lot of responsibility, get put on really interesting projects with high exposure to the client, and can own my work from start to finish. The social is great too, there's usually something every night after work.

Cons

Career development could be better, I feel like I am on my own a bit too much and need a bit more guidance from my coach/PM. It would be great if there were showers in the office too so I can cycle to work.
